Seth I. Davenport, Esq.

Seth I. Davenport, the founding member of Davenport & Spiotti, has dedicated his career (spanning more than a quarter of a century) to protecting the rights of property taxpayers. Seth has successfully litigated many of the largest tax appeals in the nation.

Over the years, he has established a reputation as a fiercely tenacious litigator tempered with a true respect for the process of settlement. He has significant experience in the valuation of large industrial and commercial properties, including refineries, tank farms, malls, office buildings, chemical and pharmaceutical facilities and other complex manufacturing facilities. He has also lectured and written extensively on issues of valuation litigation and has successfully lobbied legislation to protect industrial taxpayers. He is a recipient of the Literary Award from the Institute of Professionals in Taxation and the Excalibur Award from the Business Community Association.
